Jennifer Adams of Commonfund — At INBOUND 2015

Jennifer Adams, the Marketing Program Manager at Commonfund, is one of our clients and is at INBOUND 2015 this week with us. Commonfund is an asset manager that serves nonprofit investors and the public sector. Jennifer leads Commonfund's digital marketing efforts, and utilizes HubSpot to implement.

As we wrote about on Monday, we're at INBOUND (HubSpot's annual conference) this week, hearing from keynote speakers like Seth Godin, Daniel Pink, and Brené Brown, and learning in workshop sessions (with over 170 sessions, it's hard to choose which ones to attend!). We asked Jennifer a few questions about what topics she's excited about this year at INBOUND. Here's what she says.

  • Lead Generation— One of the topics Hubspot offers is, of course, how to better use their lead generation tools. There are several sessions digging into the details of the various tools they offer. Jennifer is wholly on board with sales and marketing alignment, and wants to help Commonfund's sales grow.
  • Marketing Strategy — Jennifer's team has a strategy for how Commonfund markets, and they plan out all the steps involved ahead of time. She wants to learn more about how to improve that strategy even further.
  • New Tools — HubSpot is releasing several new tools this year (which we'll be telling you about as soon as INBOUND is over, so look for a blog post and our follow-up webinar!) to help users do even more, more efficiently.
