LeadG2 : February 1, 2016
Recently while reading Forbes Magazine I came across this great article about inbound marketing and why it's so important for companies in 2016 to be using inbound marketing in their marketing mix. It provided ten reasons why Inbound Marketing is crucial in 2016:
Outbound strategies aren’t as effective.
Customers have access to tons of information.
A warm lead is better than a cold lead.
Inbound builds trust.
Inbound is more efficient.
Save money.
Save time.
Get more customers.
Promote long-term growth.
Building momentum.
While this was a great article and a great list, It made me wonder how many business leaders know what inbound marketing is and what it isn’t?
With the firm belief that the term “inbound marketing” is still misunderstood or possibly not getting enough focus in the marketing mix, my goal for 2016 is to educate as many business owners and marketers about the benefits of inbound marketing—what it is and what it Isn’t.
