About the Role

LeadG2 is looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Manager to oversee the full onboarding lifecycle — from discovery through configuration, training and launch — while also managing and supporting the team members who deliver onboardings. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure every implementation is consistent, efficient and aligned with client goals, ultimately setting them up for long-term success.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years managing HubSpot onboardings  
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot setup, workflows and reporting 
  • Stellar project manager who keeps timelines tight  
  • Clear communicator who can teach and translate tech 
  • Comfortable juggling multiple clients in an agency environment 
  • Calm problem-solver with a “let’s fix it” bias 
  • Client-friendly, personable and professional 
  • Bonus: HubSpot certs or B2B agency experience 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding projects across all hubs 
  • Run discovery to map goals, processes, integrations and data needs 
  • Configure portals, properties, workflows, dashboards, forms and connected systems 
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables 
  • Deliver training sessions and materials for client teams 
  • Act as primary client contact during onboarding 
  • Maintain documentation, templates and process improvements 
  • Manage other employees leading client onboardings 
  • Upsell managed services to retain clients post onboarding
