About the Role

LeadG2 is hiring a strategic Consultant to serve as both Account Manager and trusted advisor to our clients. This role owns the relationship—leading bi-weekly meetings, driving KPI reviews, and ensuring deliverables stay on track. You’ll communicate confidently with C-suite leaders, identify growth opportunities, and guide smart, strategic use of HubSpot. You are ultimately responsible for client happiness—when things are great and when they’re not.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing strategy. Someone who enjoys being in the room (virtual or otherwise) with executives and can translate marketing performance into business impact. If you naturally spot upsell opportunities, love solving problems, and believe HubSpot is more than a tool—it’s a growth engine—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client meetings and KPI reviews, ensuring clear priorities and forward momentum
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner, managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Strategize and optimize HubSpot usage to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Train and guide clients on HubSpot adoption, best practices, and new feature utilization
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track and proactively solve client challenges
  • Hit account growth goals to not only serve, but grow your accounts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, consulting, or client strategy roles
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot, including spotting software needs and strategic optimization opportunities
  • Ability to train clients on HubSpot and increase platform adoption
  • Strong ownership mindset—clients view you as their go-to partner
  • Track record of driving renewals and expansion revenue
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort navigating both positive wins and tough conversations
