About the Role

LeadG2 is looking for a reliable, strategic-minded writer and AI implementer to support the execution of client content. You’ll work with our Content Manager, who owns the strategy and editorial calendars—you’ll be responsible for creating content that brings those plans to life. 

This role is ideal for a writer who understands digital marketing and enjoys crafting high-quality, conversion-focused copy across formats. You’ll help execute content plans for multiple clients, contributing to blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and social content—especially in lead generation campaigns. 

Who You Are

  • A strategic marketer with 2+ years experience in content marketing and HubSpot.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.  
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple projects.  

What You’ll Do

  • Create marketing content, including blogs, landing pages, one-sheets, emails, and social media posts 
  • Use marketing expertise and HubSpot tools to create content that promotes conversions 
  • Create copy for email campaigns (drip sequences, newsletters, one-off sends) 
  • Repurpose content across formats to support campaign goals 
  • Schedule and/or publish content in HubSpot  
  • Use HubSpot every day! 

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience writing for an agency or brand (B2B strongly preferred) 
  • HubSpot marketing hub and content hub expertise 
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and tones 
  • Familiarity with loop marketing and content strategy 
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices, including keyword use and clustering 
  • Familiarity with CRO concepts, such as CTA placement, messaging hierarchy, and writing for user intent 
  • Experience using AI tools for drafting or ideation—but with an understanding of how to refine and humanize output 
  • A strong editorial eye and commitment to producing high-quality copy
